With a completely new internet presentation produced in cooperation with gestaltungsWerk, the Ludwigshafen experts for the hiring of employees and temporary staff, RegioPersonal GmbH, are well set up for a strong finish to the year.
For those responsible, this was not just a question of an updated design, but primarily of improved functionality and intuitive operability. With immediate effect, job applicants can apply for employment vacancies online on the RegioPersonal website. Job applications are transmitted to a dedicated applicant tool and can be processed directly within the agency.
In order to reinforce the association with the metropolitan region, the concept developed by gestaltungsWerk consciously configured the image language in regional style, with portrayals of Ludwigshafen and the offices at RegioPersonal. Staff were also presented in order to communicate a more personal touch and a high degree of authenticity.
